Esteban Martínez
President / Owner
Born in Mexico City, Esteban brings a distinctive creativity, design perspective, and entrepreneurial vision to every project. As founder of EMH, he has built the company around a highly personalized and detail-driven approach to luxury residential construction, with an emphasis on thoughtful design, quality craftsmanship, and a streamlined client experience.
Coming from a background in custom cabinetry and millwork, Esteban developed an early understanding of the level of precision and coordination required in custom construction. Over the years, he has continued to expand his expertise across all phases of residential design, construction, and project management, allowing him to lead projects from initial concept through completion with a strong focus on execution, communication, and detail.
Esteban works closely with his clients throughout the entire building process, helping translate their vision into a highly tailored and cohesive end result. His hands-on involvement, combined with EMH’s collaborative team approach, has helped establish the company’s reputation for responsiveness, efficiency, and elevated project execution throughout the Dallas luxury residential market.
He takes great pride in operating a family-owned business and continues to work closely alongside his father and the EMH team as the company continues to grow.
Outside of work, Esteban enjoys spending time with his wife, Ramie, and their children. Together, they enjoy traveling, serving through their family’s nonprofit Ya Basta, and playing music.
Jason Haynsworth
Director of New Construction
Jason previously served as Managing Director of a luxury homebuilding firm for nearly two decades, overseeing high-end residential construction throughout Preston Hollow, Highland Park, University Park, Lakewood, the M-Streets, and Devonshire/Briarwood. Throughout his career, he collaborated closely with many of the region’s leading architects, designers, and trade professionals to deliver thoughtfully executed custom homes with an emphasis on craftsmanship, efficiency, and long-term value.
Jason led executive strategy and operational oversight across all phases of construction, including budgeting, scheduling, project management, trade coordination, and client relations. He developed and implemented internal systems that streamlined workflows, strengthened communication between teams and subcontractors, and improved overall project efficiency while maintaining a high standard of design execution and build quality.
In addition to construction operations, Jason has extensive experience coordinating project financing alongside community banks, private capital groups, wealth management firms, and regional and national lenders, helping support a seamless building experience for clients from acquisition through completion.
As a Dallas native and longtime construction and real estate professional, Jason has cultivated an extensive network within the local development and luxury residential market. His relationships and industry involvement provide valuable insight into off-market land and acquisition opportunities throughout Dallas’ most established neighborhoods. His professional affiliations include the Dallas Builders Association, Texas Association of Builders, National Association of Home Builders, Texas Real Estate Commission, and MetroTex.
Jason now serves alongside the EMH team in an executive advisory and operational leadership role, helping support the company’s continued growth in luxury residential construction throughout Dallas.
Hugo Martínez
Senior Project Manager & Quality Control
Prior to joining EMH, Hugo practiced law in Mexico City before moving his family to Dallas, where he served as a professor at a Bible school for more than 20 years. His decades of leadership, mentorship, and organizational experience have played an important role in the foundation and continued growth of EMH.
Known for his strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to lead teams with consistency and care, Hugo helps cultivate the family-oriented culture that defines the company. His guidance and commitment to excellence continue to bring an elevated level of craftsmanship and accountability to each project.
Outside of work, Hugo and his wife, Tati, lead a nonprofit organization called Ya Basta, serving communities throughout Central and South America. They also enjoy spending time with their growing family and recently welcomed their third grandchild.
Andres Sánchez
Project Manager, Lead Paint Specialist
Born in Bogotá, Colombia, Andres has served as EMH’s Head of Paint and Project Manager since 2021. He oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of paint and finish stages across a variety of residential projects, helping ensure each home is completed with a high level of consistency, craftsmanship, and attention to detail.
With years of hands-on experience across multiple phases of residential construction, Andres brings strong field knowledge, team leadership, and quality control to every project. He is passionate about developing his team, creating a culture of accountability, and maintaining the high standards that define the EMH building experience.
Andres and his wife, Samantha, moved to Dallas in 2016. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, their golden retriever, and baby boy.
Marco Barrientos
Design and Operations Coordinator
Marco was born in Mexico City and has lived in several parts of the world, shaping his global perspective and refined design sensibility. He studied at Southern Methodist University (SMU), where he built a strong foundation in operations alongside a background in fashion and design.
With a keen eye for detail and proportion, Marco brings a thoughtful, intentional approach to every project. His experience in fashion informs his understanding of materials, texture, balance, and craftsmanship—elements that translate seamlessly into high-end residential design and execution.
He plays a key role in aligning design intent with operational execution, ensuring concepts are carried through with clarity, accuracy, and efficiency.
Outside of work, Marco enjoys time with his wife and children, spending time with friends, and watching football.
